So we finally got around to going here... we tried last Sunday but they were still doing private events (I think it was a Yelp event).

We tried last night at around 8:30 but the wait was an hour and a half just for 2 people... today (Saturday) we went there at about 1:30 and it was half an hour wait for a party of 4. Very crowded and stuffy.
We were seated at the high tables which I don't recommend because the wooden seats are not comfortable.
The menu is simple but they just don't have the 50/50 burgers (for those who don't know, their signature burger patty is 50% beef and 50% bacon)... they also have salads, different types of mac&cheese, chicken sandwiches, pastrami and even chicken and pancakes.
Since it was our first time there, we went for the 50/50 burger... nothing fancy cheddar and regular toppings but they have tons of others. We also tried their appetizer combos which is reasonable because you can pick 2, 3 or up to 6 and the prices start at $6.50 (we had the onion rings and fried mac/bacon/cheese balls). We also did the Beer Cheese Chili fries but asked for the cheese sauce on the side because it would have been to soggy. For dessert, we had the Coconut thing (forgot the name) but it's basically like a coconut caramel pazookie. It had too much coconut for me.
The number of toppings and ways to have their burgers are interesting, they have something caled the Peanut Butter & Jellousy:
(from Yelp)
It was special Burger of the Month, with peanut butter and strawberry jelly, but got so popular they added it to their menu.
As for our burger, the 50/50 patty is salty because of the bacon but it's a good flavor. We did the white brioche bun which was good and they have like 5 or 6 others.
The pricing was reasonable, $9 for their smallest burger (1/3 lb AFTER cooking) and I liked their menu compared to The Counter. They have tons of beers on tap (PS9!) and it actually feels more like a sports bar atmosphere (TVs everywhere).
They do have kids menus (starting at $5 including drink) and it's the standard, sliders., mac&cheese, PB&J or chicken fingers.
There is plenty of parking but the location is hard to get out of because it's on El Toro between Rockfield and the 5.
I would suggest going doing their slow times (when we left at 3pm there was almost no wait) but it's something you should try once. If they had a 50/50 in Irvine, it would probably go in our regular rotation (instead of Islands or any other burger places).
