Nice to see Soylent Green as a supporter, although maybe it should have a text descriptor that he's a mortgage broker.

Someone not in the know could think it was for canned food. :)
 
Big issues for finance guys when it comes to advertising. You need disclaimers and disclosures that would fill the screen. One could extrapolate things out so far as to sue me for marketing only to green people (mmmm they're delicious BTW....)  if the ad was clearer about what I do and whom I work for. Use of a corporate logo is also verboten. The larger the company, the more protective of brand they are.

I might need to add a "click here for more info" but we'll see. It's new and who knows what it could lead to eventually.
 
So since I don't work for SGIP and have no fiduciary connection to him... is it safe for me to say:

"If you haven't checked with SGIP about mortgage loans, you haven't ZeroLot vetted enough."
