Premium Chirashi bowl (best bang for the buck)

I believe it's chinese owned japanese restaurant, didn't see heavy mayo/siracha/popcorn shrimp topped rolls on the menu so it can't be Korean owned.  They have cooked foods as well, and a $5 kid's chicken teriyaki that comes in a small sushi boat.  Located in the Smart/Final strip mall near the 60 freeway.  The pho restaurant next door is stupid busy.

Middle ground between 3 families, lots of food choices.  I always mention Golden Corral, but nobody wants to go with me.

Fk...  i used to live around there.  food is much better up there.  i still dont understand why irvine/oc has terrible restaurants.  yet. they are crowded and overprice...

maybe the TCE plume is affecting the taste of the food.
