Yes, which is where the extra sqftage is coming from. 

The original ground floor (Sheridan Square Plan C) looked like this:

The amended floorplan repurposed the family room as a downstairs office/study and looks more like this:

Tenants have been secured and the property has a new long-term lease in place.

Of note, we had 8 complete applications on this property (plus several partially-completed apps) and had to turn away some very, very qualified candidates. Very different from what I'd seen just last year...
