Ok maybe not a tear down, but definitely the least desirable Shady Canyon home I've seen in awhile.  Check out that fountain in picture 23.

Maybe this is my chance for "Life behind the gates"... I should put in a lowball offer.

So we lowball at $3m, put in $750k each... then another $50-100k each for renos?

i don't think it will sell for $4m after that, leaving us a net of about $125k each if we don't carry it too long?

Seems like it would be better to invest in Magic Mikewerty.
