Looks empty for a long time, at least the pool is drained.  So how much to maintain a half acre lot?  $500/ month?
 
So we lowball at $3m, put in $750k each... then another $50-100k each for renos?

i don't think it will sell for $4m after that, leaving us a net of about $125k each if we don't carry it too long?

Seems like it would be better to invest in Magic Mikewerty.
