I am entering escrow on a house, and it needs some relatively minor work, so I am trying to get quotes on the cost of the work. Can anyone recommend any trustworthy companies for:

<strong>Roofing</strong>;

<strong>Exterminating</strong>; and/or

<strong>HVAC duct repair</strong>?

I don't have any recommendations; however, a friend of mine has had a lot of success using <a href="http://www.angieslist.com/Angieslist/Visitor/HowItWorks.aspx">Angie's List.</a>

Hey, you were tough to finance. You have only been on the job at Del Taco for two months, and you had that 2 month gap after Carls Jr. had fired you, and only working there for 9 months. Good thing you brought your dad, otherwise you would have had tough time coming up with that $50 down payment. For gawd sakes get a credit card, you are over 30 now.



Remember, it was sold as is with no warranty.
