He points out that, "...domestic US capital is shifting abroad. Better-performing US mutual funds are increasing off-shore allocations, with B of A suggesting US outflows into offshore bonds and equities could be as much as $290bn this year." Importantly, "Sovereign wealth funds are vehicles that are long on capital at a time when developed western markets seem suddenly short of it..."</p>
