Sealing grout & Oiling floors

These 2 items are on my spring cleaning list.

1. Anyone have a grout sealer they recommend?  I remember reading about Groutzilla.  Is it the one in RSM?  Any other recs?

2. I have oil-based wood flooring.  Do I need to re-oil yearly?  If so, any recommendations?

i can vouch for groutzilla (yes they are in RSM) - they did our whole house (first floor and bathrooms). for sanded grout, you will have to tell them what color your grout is so they can buy the color. for bathroom tile grout, that is not sanded grout so they use a clear sealant.
