Schlage Keypad Deadbolt

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
this kind of looks tacky.  i have seen it on a few doors and i never liked it much

i see a lot of homes with a keypad next to garage which serves same purpose and seems less obvious

+1 for rkp's comment. I've worked several homes with both systems, and the "extra remote" keypad for the garage door opener has been more reliable. The downside is if someone locks the interior door from the garage to the main home, you're outta luck.
The keypad lock for the front door is more prone to mechanical errors.
The garage remote is more prone to data entry errors.
