Scary Building Conference Yesterday?

This is my first time posting on TI, so I hope I'm posting this correctly, but here goes:

For the last few months, I've bn following the progress of TI avidly. Yesterday, I attend a building conference and discover to my shock that nearly all of the representatives for the other builders (TayMo, Shea, CalA., Richmond, TRI Group, KB, etc.) knew about TI. Many even went as far as to brag about how many different user names they have and when I asked them about what they exactly plan to do, they refused to say anything. All I heard was something about thelondofnolan and slow loading. I would not have said anything until I too noticed the slow loading going on in TI. Any help? Also, who is thelondofnolan? His name was kept anonymous the entire time, but his name was reference multiple times in the conference, sometimes with his apparent 3 other user names currently.

We didn't really land on the moon either.  Some warehouse in Van Nuys I believe.

TI is the unofficial builder conference online.  Happening daily.  So many fake accounts.
 
Constant boasting of a certain community may signal who they are and the intent. I ofcourse am a real person...or am I just a builder drone.... >:D

Where was the conference held? Did it have an official title? What else was discussed at the conference?

Start a post with the subject "[INSERT BUILDER NAME/COMMUNITY HERE] Sucks!" and see who's quick to defend it.  This would be very useful in detecting users affiliated with KB Homes....because nobody will be defending them!  ;)
 
TI has been very very slow the last couple days.  I havent noticed it before but the last few days have been very bad.

Also I would not be surprised if we had builder employees on TI pretending to be actual buyers/sellers.  Ive always thought that there was too much housing cheerleading on this blog.  I didnt really think that soooooo many people actually drank the kool aid...

Pretty clear who trolls and cheerleads...I think most of the comments here are legit.  Koolaid may be what it is but plenty of people drink it considering the sales and prices in Irvine.
 
Back in the IHB days it was often noted that one of the most frequent visitors to the site was The Irvine Company. This is always going to be the case. It's like having a publicly traded company and reading the yahoo investor forums/employees posting etc. Everyone is going to read about how they are viewed in the masses.  One only needs to Google a new home community and see links to TI.

Yeah, when and where is the next conference?  I'd sure love to meet Caitlyn in person!
