I am thinking about leasing an apt in the san mateo complex. Does anyone on this board lives there? any tips or complaints about the place?
1bed 724 sqft carriage style ( nobody on top or bottom is garage) washer and dryer inside the apt. paying 1560 per month. got 750 off 1st month and 300 deposit.
i like the westpark area the most due to it being close to my work place.
