Sage 2 - Portola Springs

We are looking into Sage 2 - residence 3 at portola springs. Anyone have any comments, pricing, or any other helpful information to share about this property. Thank you.
 
These are not bad values IMO.  For about $770k you're getting detached and almost 2,000sq ft.  Also I think some of them have good sized lots (probably those have a premium).  The only thing you need to watch out for is toll road proximity.  Some of these are (I believe) being built right against the toll road while others are hundreds of feet away closer to the pool area.  You're much better off getting one of those  that will be built as far from the toll road as possible, and hope once it is built out that the other homes will take the brunt of the noise pollution and disperse it before it gets to you.

However with every motorcourt type property, make sure you take some time and drive (and get out of your car and walk) around those homes that have already been built and are lived in.  The community/neighborhood always feels much different from that perspective than it does walking around the single loaded model cobblestone driveway.
