I'm older than most here but I consider myself lucky to be a witness to several revolutions during my lifetime:

1. Computers... from clunky mainframes to PCs to mobile devices
2. Relates to above but cell/wireless/mobile phones
3. Gas to hybrid/electic vehicles (still going)
4. Television (Antenna/ON TV/Select TV to cable and satellite)
5. The biggest probably being the Internet because that in itself also led to some revolutions:
a. Music from tape to streaming
b. Books
c. Shopping
d. Services
e. Entertainment
f. Socializing
g. Work

Some examples of how the Internet has changed things:

- Back when we bought our first house you actually had to go to the realtor's office, they printed out the listings from their MLS computer and then you would go tour with them. Now, Redfin makes it so much easier.

- Banking and Investing

- And mostly work. I don't even need to remember anything anymore, I just use Google or Wikipedia.

I think the only thing that can beat the Internet is time travel or teleportation. :)

Did I miss any revolutions in the last 25 years or so?

I guess related to internet, but secured electronic messaging and email was a huge game changer for the financial industry.  Gone are the days of faxes and snail mail and talking to people on the phone all day.

Of all people, I thought you would have listed the microwave. It became a permanent fixture in residential kitchens and completely changed the way people cook and eat -- in some good ways and in some not so good ways.

Music: phonographs, reel to reel, cassette, 8 Track, Boom Boxes, Walkmans

Computer Storage: Floppys 5.25 and 3.5, HDD, CDs, External drives, DVD, flash
Gaming: Pin Ball Machines, Pong
Misc: Adding machines with paper tape, hand held calculators, calculator on your phone
Cash Registers: manual keys for every item purchased with cashiers who knew the price of every item that week and in case she didn't price tags (still in use in the late 60's, maybe even more recent than that) to upc scanners and price checkershttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEq1V17ZBTw

How could you miss TRAVEL?  When I was a kid a plane ticket to SF was out of our league.  Now its like a Greyhound bus ride but quite a bit cheaper.  Not only has technology made trips cheaper but the advent of airbags and crumple zones have made cars safer.
