Over the last few days I've received a lot of tips/contacts from this great forum.  Being a person looking into getting into the real estate flipping game I thought I'd post some of my positive experiences/contacts.

I wanted a resort-themed backyard and looking for contractors.

well just trying to post the people that have worked for me in this section.  I replied to landscape question some one had the other day and thought I would expand on my experience.  I thought i'd post my two thumbs up on companies in south oc that I come across.

I'm going to assume good intentions and think that Phillip was a really happy/satisfied customer.

I called Land Reform based on the recommendations of vonwrede (Philip) and Tyler Durden within the other landscape thread.  The post he wrote there sounded like a happy customer who was just referring his landscaping contractor.

Starting a separate thread, then copying someone's website and posting it as your own words and pictures is just odd is what we are getting at.

After further collaboration from other people that share my same thoughts, I will not even consider them for an estimate.

yes, new to this.  I just assumed that I would post on good experiences I had.  maybe that's not what this group was about and I overstepped??  lesson learned, however I have received some good info from posts.  I had a good experience from a person that fixed my front sprinklers but I thought I'd hold back and just use positive comments for yelp.

Looking for a sprinkler contractor, do any of you have any recommendations?

I have 2 patios and a yard. I've been farting around with ideas for the extra patio I have that I am not currently using. I have a 5,500 sqft lot with an itty-bitty house on it. That leaves a good amount of room for creativity.

My side patio we never see or use is: 15' x 11 '.

I'm thinking about doing a gazebo with a seating area. Maybe a fountain or a fireplace. Maybe a French door leading to the inside.

I have not used these folks but love the pics of their work and am considering them. Here you can see their galleries. Beautiful.:

Creative Atmospheres on Facebook.

It is fun dreaming. If only I could not be so indecisive.

is the patio on the west or south side of the house?  if so - hot tub time machine!

I haven't seen that movie Tyler.  Is it good?

SoCal, fountains are always nice for a peaceful constant water sound.  It's fun to watch birds bathe in there as well.

Is adding a "CA room" or an outdoor indoor space an option?  I'd love to add that type of living area to my house separated by accordion doors.
