$725K sounds like a lot for that location. Come out your front door and you have a nice view of a hill and Toll Road. There is nothing blocking your view of the Toll road.

This is actually the 2nd LV to be resold. 34 Seedling (a plan 3) was on the market but I think its been sold in just a couple weeks.

Yup, 34 Seedling was listed for $789k on 5/11/12 went into escrow on 5/23/12 and sold on 6/6/12 to a cash buyer for $765k.

That information is not available yet.  Based price was in the 660s and the builder offered some good incentives for the homes on Seedling.

I hear you, but if 34 Seedling sold for $765k then my guestimate for 38 Seedling will be around $700k +/-.  Remember, there is very little inventory out there....let alone newer 2,000sf+ 4bd/3ba detached SFRs with a driveway under $750k in Irvine.
