We are considering remapping our current home's footprint and re-configuring the floor plan to also include another larger primary bedroom suite on the ground floor.
This will include a new foundation and extended roof line as well as the possibility of adding a loft within the outdated Living/Dining area.
The home sits on an 8000 sq.ft. lot in Westpark II, and was built in 1996. There is some space in the yard to configure an addition/ADU.
I am requesting this amazing TI community for the referral of a good architect who understands the City's requirements and has had experience with similar such add-ons with the City and HOA.
