rent listing website recommendation!!!

I am new to this area and need to rent a house or townhousse. Excepet craigslist, any other website I can find those information? I did not find a direct mlslistings website for orange county. Is it possible to find a house which accept 6 month lease because we want to buy a house later this year? Is that good timing to buy?

I have noticed that this site will only show the newest postings from craigslist. So if you want to use this you need to check it every day/
