Red balloons at model homes

i dont know if they have those huge red balloons at other sales offices, but on the wkends you can't miss them in woodbury. this past windy wkend, i was walking the dog early in the morning and noticed the balloon at stonetree manor was tangled up on the balcony of a neighboring house. the balloon actually ended up in the alley between two houses and was banging between them like a ping pong ball. even though the balloons are filled with helium, i can't imagine homeowners being too happy about that.





what genius thought giant balloons in a high density neighborhood during a season where the winds are beginning to kick up?
