Was checking to see if anyone might have a realtor recommendation- need someone with strong knowledge of Quail Hill.



At this point we simply need some assistance with the rental process, as it is time to break away from the IAC.



And if anyone has any leads on rentals in the area, that would be great.

<a href="http://www.toddm.com/">Todd Muradian</a> is probably the best selling realtor in Quail Hill. He has posted good sales numbers during a really bad market.

He also called me to find out what my property's contract price was...shame on him. I know his Quail Hill Ambridge listing won't sell because it'll become an REO.
