Same realtor no?  Did you try asking her?  These are pretty good, seems softened quite a bit, almost look like a painting.  And no crazy fish eye shot..

They take great pictures and are very reasonably priced.
 
It's easy.
All you need is a DSLR and Photoshop.
Even a cheap entry level DSLR will be good enough.
If you have a cheap prime lens, that would be great for interior shots.
Working with PS might take a little time to learn though if you're a novice.
But if you know someone who knows anything about PS, ask him to do few pics for you.
Looking at those pics, whoever processed them didn't do much, which is the way I like.
I say it's easy 5-10 min job max for each pic.
