Just in time for the closing rush of the presidential election, MSNBC is shaking up its prime-time programming lineup, removing the long-time host -- and one-time general manager of the network -- Dan Abrams from his 9 p.m. program and replacing him with Rachel Maddow, who has emerged as a favored political commentator for the all-news cable channel.

I enjoy listening to her show on Air America...looking forward to her new venture.

Sweet! Abrams show sucked, mainly because he's a lighter version of Keith Olbermann and that's not going to cut it on a network that prides itself on it's rabid commentators. It's also nice to see that they have discarded the pretense of being impartial and publicly embraced their liberal bias. I wonder how long Joe Scarborough is gonna last?

Abrams was dyamite as a legal only commentator on CourtTV. His program on MSNBC wasn't so very.

First, did my lack of sleep issue rub off on you or what?

Second, that pic is sooooo old Winona Ryder could have been pregnant with Natalie Portman when that was taken.

Third, Go Gays! You keep neighborhoods clean and very crime free. ;-P

Ah, Winona Ryder....doppleganger for Natalie.

Yup, we gentrify to the "nth" degree. You WANT us in your hood.

BTW, link to what it takes to become a Rhodes Scholar info here.

I worked kind of across the street when Wynona got popped for shoplifting. Half the BHPD was there. They shut down one lane on Wilshire.

You never saw Heathers? You didn't get the "so very" reference? C'mon girlfriend, keep up!

In related news, did you see they muzzled Oberman and Matthews?

Somebody described MSNBC as a heroin junkie, looking for a fix, promising to get clean next week. I am, of course, refering to the dirty little phrase "ad revenues". Aparently the ratings of the uberliberal MSNBC have been suprisingly good, but it's too much heat for NBC to take if it expects to retain a legitimate newsforce outside of TMZ.

Fox doesn't have a legitimate newsforce to degrade by being partisan.
