For some reason, this seems to be a trend. The Carmel Valley/Torrey Hills area of San Diego right at the 5 and Sorrento Valley is full of tech HQ's in the middle of typical mcmansions and tract homes.

I was hoping they would put another shopping center here... so my wife could meet someone from Laguna Altura in the parking lot. 
I think this would be good if they have professional services here like medical and dental. But the intersection on the 133 is going to be even more packed during morning and evening rush.
