PS - toll road

Wonder why TIC didn't build some type of wall and/or put a line of trees to at least partially block the toll road from the new neighborhoods (Ironwood, Las V, etc.).  Since the noise level isn't that bad, if you could not see the toll road, I would imagine that the toll road would no longer be such a negative to buy in PS.
 
The toll road are fairly high.  It would take a huge wall to block the view.
I do agree that the view of toll roads really takes away from the neighborhood.  They are ugly.  The hills would have been a nice view if the toll roads were lower than the neighborhood.
