price per sq ft?

What would be a normal price per sq ft in 2008 if there was no bubble without consider the the owner upgrade in OC area like Irvine, FV, Westminster and Huntington Beach?
 
I think that is a real hard question to answer since each area has its own pricing point. Newport Beach in general is going to sell a higher price per sq ft than in Irvine.

This property sold for 251,000 in 1997 (which we all agree is before the bubble) for $134.72 a sq ft.
