Since many of us are hoping to purchase new homes, I'd thought a post on Options and Upgrades would be fitting. Since I'm not too far into the buying process yet, I'd like to hear what others are currently being offered. One of our projects in Lancaster is currently offering $25k in incentives. It's just enough for some flooring, countertop, cabinets and closing assistance... <strong>big rip.</strong>
