I am very interested in purchasing with cash.  Is there a limit to the number of houses I can buy?

You have to make much more than $500k/yr to buy these.

#homerslaw

I really believe you should especially for these homes.

for these homes.. definitely need to make at least 500K.

Is it just me, but it seems like Toll Brothers blogs about their new homes versus other home builders on Talk Irvine. (Using social media)

I do like the new trend of the builders reps posting as themselves. Some other development have the sales staff pretending to be regular posters to make their developments look better.

If you say enough times that you are America's Luxury Homebuilder, people will start to believe it.

Agreed, appreciate the transparency. Even the bloke peddling the Lake Forest homes (Parkside IIRC) as the 'New Irvine' is at least being transparent. It's not only cost effective (it's free, it's me) but is targeting the right audience.

Actually, I think we should be offended.  If they are going to advertise at the least they should be a site sponsor like Soylent

How about they give us a discount or free upgrade or credit if we buy?  (Make it bigger than the brokers credit) (I tell you a smart builder would do this)

Not sure who moderates this site but blatant advertising on a public forum without payment for sponsorship should be prohibited.

Since the site specifies that site supporters are able to use the blog for generating business, then I tend to agree. Or else it's not fair to the site supporters who pay to market their businesses...

I have no problems with someone advertising a community and provide useful information without being a site supporter. If the one and only paid site supporter complains, then I guess the forum owner should take action. Otherwise, much better information than random useless posts.
