Are you talking about North West corner (in between mountain and Stonegate) or South East corner (just to the right of Lutheran school or in between PP and mountain)of Sand Canyon and Portola Parkway?
 
It's definitely not on the original Portola Springs plans. I would think the city records would have a change approval. I'll look.

The areas to be built in the east will be nice, but too close to the landfill! I feel really sorry for the neighborhoods in tan so close to the 241 and dumpster.  :(
 
Strange... The detached condos are about 90% complete and no mention of them on KB website or TIC website.

Looks like models will be ready to open in 1-2 months.
 
KB homes Sage II.  Models will be open Saturday.  Low income housing going to the most south sliver towards Irvine Blvd.
 
Ah, I guess I missed that since it said "Now Selling" on TIC website.  Looks like entrance to low income housing is same as Sage entrance community.
