Piedmont - price?

Any know the current price sheet and availability of Piedmont at Eastwood village?

There were only plan 1's left and they were all in the low 1 millions.  No 2 or 2x available currently.

They have released the final phase for Piedmont on this side of the school, currently there are two plan 1s unit#37- 1,011,496 and unit #23, 1,007,000

unit #37 comes with certain upgrades..

I don't have the price sheet for the last phase on this side(after this they are moving to extn).However i heard that there are 2 2xs and 1 1, but most of 2x have been reserved by the priority list buyers already!! Good luck

The homes that are planned by the models and across the models on Mistletoe will be built after Piedmont 2 on the other side of the school. So there will be still 10 homes on Piedmont 1, but not any time soon.

Did you upload different pricing sheet?

The plan looks fine...but the phase 11 pricesheet is not Piedmont

Piedmont homes seem to be selling very briskly. I was surprised to find that they already sold out the first parcel of development and now into the extension. Demand is very strong for these homes although they don't have a regular street or walkways.
