Pho So 1 (Irvine)

Meh, salty broth not much flavor, we all felt a bit nauseous afterwards (don't throw up in my new car!),  they put this hardcore yellow trim fat in my bowl even though it wasn't listed in the menu.. Only thing decent was that the broth was hot enough to cook my rare beef..Pho Bac still reigns supreme in Irvine for us.

Try the pho restaurant in front of Brodard (the OG location on Westminster).  That place offers kobe beef pho and thicker noodle pho.
