Petaluma at Eastwood - Final Model Homes selling

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Wow, look at those model prices.  Buying the model always seems like a bad idea, IMO.

Considering a plan 2 with a full driveway just sold for 960k, seems like a subpar idea to buy the model (with no driveway) at 1.2mil.

It will sell. Just like how every other model sold in Eastwood. FCBs have stupid money to throw around. It's literally just pocket change to them.

BTW, that house, 144 is a bad house number. It means, begin double death.

I am sure it will sell, but it won?t be a good investment as compared to other options at that price level, IMO.

The single-story Calistoga's at Eastwood are HIGHLY desirable and incredibly rare. Everybody wants them. They are like the limited edition Porsche 991 Club Coupe in a rare color combo.

This one recently sold for a whopping $643 - $681 sqft. That's EW for you.

Whaaaa... you need to pay more for no stairs?  When are they going to start charging more for no yard? ;)
