I want to buy some patio furniture for my backyard....any good recommendations for a few places that have good selection and reasonable prices?

There is a place call Just like the Model in Irvine. These are furniture outdoor indoor that the builder turn over to this merchant. The price is great, but you have to keep an eyes out for the right piece of furniture that you want. It isn't like a retailer where you can just pick from a catalog.

But if you patient you find all unique pieces that could hard be find anywhere else. And you will save some major bucks. The name of the shop speaks for itself.

I bought furniture for my courtyard (two couches) 2 years ago from here:

I also bought a huge amount of iron furniture (2 dining tables, 3 barstools, couch, 3 side chairs, a dozen or so dining chairs, 2 chaise lounges) from Victory Furniture about 10 years ago. I still have/use that furniture (what I can in my smaller yard, that is). They had a showroom in Irvine off technology near Costco, but I don't think it's still there.

I've been looking at this online and I like the styling of this wicker furniture.  How's it holding up so far?  Any complaints / regrets?

I also noticed that the prices the guy lists on his website are considerably more expensive than his Craigslist ads, so I assume the pricing is negotiable.

I just got them this past summer so I think it's too early to tell, but it seems like it would hold up fine.  The wicker-like material is a synthetic type and much more durable than normal stuff but looks just as good.

I didn't negotiate and do any research.  Just happened to be randomly browsing and the prices seemed reasonable when i walked into his small show room in Tustin.

I got my patio table and chairs from Target.  They had some kind of gift card special where I bought some gift cards at 20% off and then used them to buy the table.

I like the Hampton Bay line at Home Depot. Good quality, verrrry comfortable, more luxurious and a lot sturdier than the lower end furniture. The cost is a bit more, however, it's still a good value unlike some of the more ridiculously expensive / "not worth it" furniture. They also offer Sunbrella fabric / cushion covers exactly the same as you'll find in the "not worth it" lines. I hope this helps.
