Good lord, unf***ingbelievable.  I can't even imagine the conversation that led to this:

Jill:  Honey, I think that volunteer isn't looking after our son so well.
Kent:  Ok, maybe we should go talk to the teacher or principal.
Jill:  I have a better idea.  Let's plant some drugs in her car and teach her never to mess with the Easters!
Kent: Hmm...ummm...Jill, are freakin crazy?!  What kind of f***ed up idea is that?  I'll get disbarred and we'll probably go to jail and we'll lose everything.  On second thought that's brilliant, let's do it.  I still have some bud left over from new years.

This story makes me shake my head.  That son is doomed.
