Orchard Hills

I have heard a bunch of people on this forum mention Orchard Hills for 2008. Have any builders even broken ground yet on homes in this new community? Given the recent slowdown, is it actually reasonable to think that there will be homes ready for move-in in 2008? If the Irvine Company is having such difficulty selling their new homes in Portola Springs, why would they be in any hurry to put up more new homes in Orchard Hills?

Ochard Hills is in a very nice location. I would think many of us are ready for an upgrade into brand new luxury homes without leaving the area.
