Aren't these homes going to be the closest to the asphalt plant?

The proximity of the asphalt plant is the number one reason people want to buy there. The landfill (and the observation that the wind blows toward the west 95% of the time) is the second biggest reason people want in.

Has any new information been released by the builder? (Late 2022 - current day). Interested in knowing about the progress/what's being done about that asphalt plant.
