<p>I wanted to get your opinion on commercial or industrial buildings in So. County. Does anyone know if they usually follow housing trends? or is it a completely different ballgame?</p>
 
<p>Good question, It depends on which commercial and there are many factors to evaluate. If you are specific about office it is based on employment (generally speaking) again too many factors to consider. I would call your local commercial brokerage (CBRE of Marcus Millichap) and talk to a broker who specializes in the area you are in . THey generally have free informative reports they can give you.</p>
 
I need to find that thread with re_fan's opinion on CRE and the CBRE reports. I wonder how the Q3 report will look like?
