Oak Creek House Rentals

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I am looking into renting a SFR in Oak Creek - not an apt or townhome but a home with a yard! Does anyone know of any websites or realtors that I could contact that would be able to access complete rental listings and email me as new ones come up??

I already did a search of the forums but if there is already a thread on this and I missed it please forgive and direct me to it!

Thanks!

Try Todd Muradian (http://www.oakcreekrealestate.net/). I live in Brittany (Irvine Company apartment complex) and I see his signs all over the place in the Oak Creek area. I don't know him personally but I am assumming he would be able to help out.

Some agent's site. Pulls MLS listings, and searchable by map. Make sure you check "leases," and insert a dollar amount cutoff of, say, 10k, which will eliminate homes for sale. Found my Oak Creek rental this way.

Todd Muradian is my alumni from CSUF. I've meet and spoke to him several times in the past, when he plastered the entire Oak Creek area with his ads. He handles both sales and leases.

If you go to his web site (www.toddm.com), you can browse all of his listings.

In the Oak Creek listing section, on page 2, there's a small 3/2 detached condo w/yard for rent @ $2,400/month.
