This is a sad thing to see. I have stopped to openly talk about my bearish position regarding So Cal real estate and only talk face to face (or online) with other bears, after seeing this report and others, I limit myself to talk about facts that I try to verify or cross check.

People that benefited from the lack of information and abundant ignorance of the people that got into a house at all costs in this real estate cycle don't deserve my mercy only the vulnerable.

That piece was well done, thanks for posting it. I would have like to have heard what they purchased for and what the loan amounts/teaser rates were though....for it to have been balanced reporting of all the facts.

How about, for balanced reporting, doing a video about all the folks who are stuck renting and aren't attaining the "american dream" because affordability is at an all time low.

Or is it that foreclosures is now the hot topic and cops with guns drawn and furniture on lawns make better news stories?
