Hi. New to the area and searching for a good place in Irvine (Turtle Ridge or Northwood Point?). Are the homes currently listed for sale in the Northwood Point area over-priced for~18-19 year-old homes? Will they still hold their value? (Specifically, 16 Treeridge, 10 Garnet or 10 Spring Gr. And does anyone know why 10 Spring Gr listed for sale, but has a description that it is already rented?)
