This is nothing scientific, but I'd like to assess the listing price of SFR in Northpark and Northpark Square. I will update this on a monthly basis (maybe weekly if I see quick changes).

Median ==> $411

Hopefully, we will see people dropping their prices!

Why are 2 people asking over $500 / sq. ft. this is ridiculous. Can someone go talk to them or call their realtor?

I typed Northpark in Redfin. I am no expert in Irvine exact neighborhood, but it includes the area next to the 261 East and West of Irvine blvd. One section is a gated community and the other isn't. I excluded West Irvine and homes in other area that show up in the listing.

By the way, is there a website with the various Irvine neighborhood listed or shown on a graph?

Northpark is bounded by the 261, Portola, Culver, and Irvine Blvd. Northpark Square is bounded by the 261, Irvine Blvd, Culver, and Bryan. There probably is a map somewhere, but I don't know where. :red:

So my listing are for Northpark & Northpark Square.
