I saw an advertisement in the OC Register for a project called "The Estates Collection" in North Tustin near Red Hill and Skyline Drive.

There are a total of 4 homes.

Plan 1 - 4,045 Square Feet - 10,292 Square Feet Lot - $1,395,000.00

Plan 2 - 4,045 Square Feet - 10,293 Square Feet Lot - $1,395,000.00

Plan 3 - 4,211 Square Feet - 11,691 Square Feet Lot - $1,495,000.00

Plan 4 - 4,211 Square Feet - 11,690 Square Feet Lot - $1,495,000.00

A small development by a small developer called "Bluff Homes". The builder is based in Long Beach California.

Has anyone seen these places? Any comments on the builder, houses, or the area?

Prices seem too high..

I toured the models about a month ago. Nice homes with the prerequisite upgrades on large lots but way, way overpriced. The layout of land/home is different from the traditional layout. There is on 1 entrance/exit from the street to get to all 4 homes. The rectangular lot is subdivided into 4 quadrant with one home sitting at each corner. 2 of the homes backs onto Red Hill so you got noise/dust pollution. It's up near the hills so it's in the better part of town and with easy access from the freeway. Basically you get brand new upgraded tract homes in an established area. It's a totally different feel from the newer parts of Irvine.

They indicated on 2 homes left out of the 4 and I think that it would take a drastic cut to move them.
