No one talking about the trillion dollar bailout?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

It won't do either, but it will allow execs at MS, BK, C, WB etc to wrap up their personal financial affairs somewhat gracefully this month, and may make voters a little less anxious come November. All other considerations are strictly secondary.

idk,

I am quite green at this, but according to what I've read at other forums, overwhelmingly, it seems that people think that only the big bros. are being bailed out. idk, but somehow I find myself agreeing with them. The consensus seems to be our tax money is being used to bail out the rich, aka Paulson's buddies, and the Feds is only using more debt to cover debt. If the homeowners can't pay their mortgages, then they are scr*wed, they have to sell it cheap, or go to foreclosure, I don't understand how part of the trillion will help them make their payments. :-S

Everything that happened this week is giving me a headache. The "don't know how long I have to wait" to buy a house, and "how long should I renew my lease" and "how to make the most of my hard earned saved up money" makes me just wanna scream!

Here is what Mr. Mortgage says about the California Foreclosure Reform Bill and the big media spin that will be hitting soon. (Below that is a blurb about the bailout of AIG.) Hope this helps -- when in doubt - check with Mr. Mortgage!
