No more train whistles in Irvine?

Irvine will get some quiet zones, maybe Harvard? That would be wonderful for Westpark, Park Place (isn't that the one right on the tracks?), and Columbus Grove.





Any idea which crossings will be affected?

I hope they make the the Windwood area a quite zone. Those train horns were nerve racking.
