By 2025, hopefully I will have saved up enough to buy in Shady and build my own 6CWG.

If not, I'll just buy an old "classic" 3CWG.

I liked their 3CWG 2nd floor execution on the previous incarnation better. And detached 2-car garage is sad-face.

yes, but if you live there don't you also get defective children due to the pollution and poor schools? 

I thought we were all about Irvine schools, and nothing less was acceptable?

Even if you can find a good house with a 3CWG, few people never use them as intended.

75% of the homes in my neighborhood has a 3CWG and only about three use them as intended.  I am not one of the three.
