There is ZERO work there. You are either farming rice or working on a rice farm getting farm labor wages. They are no outside jobs there, and the town is dying.
I haven't been to Biggs in a decade, but it couldn't of changed that much from the five years I was there three times a week.
If you want to take the bribe and move there, go for it.
