New Village Naming

Orchard Hills is being renamed Orchard Hills Village.  The old naming convention for villages was "Village of ...." which is now being thrown out.  The first Village to adpot this was Cypress Village.  CV also has newer features like apartments not being part of the HOA.  Too bad for OH this is not the case as those apartments were built before the new methods were adopted.

I like Orchard Hills as is. Orchard Hills Village has too many syllables for FCBs. It reminds me too much of Laguna Woods Village.

No one is going to say the full "legal" name.  Everyone will just reference it as Orchard Hills.

I think there will be future expansion to include the flatland area thus adding the village makes more sense.
