New Redfin features...

Wow... it's been over 2 years.

I really like Redfin... I find it strange that no other old school realtor company has been able to create a site as functional as theirs.

It looks like they've updated their website UI today... there are quick links to the various sections.

Also on the iOS app, they've added closed sales information.

Looks like they updated their logo from the red apple in a tree to a For Sale sign with an R in it.
 
I love the new views statistic.  Kind of gives you an idea of which properties were really hot.  The one I purchased had a few thousand views!
 
I like those new stats as well!  Anyone know what the X-Outs number represents?  Their definition says 'The number of times this home has been X'd-out on Redfin for the current MLS listing.' but I don't know what X'd-out on Redfin represents.

when you Xout a home on redfin, it will no longer show up on your search anymore, because you thought it was crappy,etc, and therefore reduces the number of little home icons on your screen.

I might just list my house to see how many views and Xs that I get.  Cool little feature.
