Got 2 offers on the home and selected one of the offers as it was much higher than the other one and opened escrow today.

Got word from escrow earlier this afternoon that the transaction closed today. The final sales price for the home was $1,780,000 or $30,000 over the list price. Congrats to both the buyer and seller.

We did initially have the home in escrow at $1,800,000 with another buyer but their lost their jobs and could not close so we went back onto the market at which time we received 3 offers (2 of them were at $1,780,000).
