This home looks like a model home with really good upgrades and nicely furnished.  The owner did a nice job of selecting upgrades and furnishing the home, this home should sell fast.

For those interested in Jasmine at Cypress Village should seriously take a look at this home.

You are definitely right.  With the Jasmine Plan 2 homes in the low $700s once you add in the upgrades and landscaping you are basically all-in around the list price of my listing and I'd argue to say that my listing is in a better location.
 
After a little back and forth with a buyer, last night the seller agreed to the buyer's counter and we opened up escrow this morning.  ;D
 
Congrats on another sale. 

I do think the buyer got a good deal here, currently the Jasmine is selling for low $700,000's  without any upgrades nor landscaping. 
 
The property closed and recorded today.  The buyer paid cash for the home.  The final sales price is $735,000 but the adjusted price is $740,000 as each agent reduced their commission to get the deal on.  Congrats to both parties.
