You're missing an "S" in this sentence.

The upstairs hosts a lovely and spacious master suite, an upgraded mater bathroom, and an incredibly spacious walk in closet.
 
We received a total of 6 offers (5 of them at or over list price).  The sellers have selected one of the offers and we are about to open escrow.  Big shout out to SPIG for vetting the potential buyers to weed out of real buyers from the pretenders.  The Open Houses have been cancelled.
 
Wow, after a long marathon we will finally be closing on the transaction today as the loan funded.  Ran into issues with the buyer's first lender due to pending master HOA litigation (related to the community pool walls/hardscape areas) so they had to go to their other lender.  The other lender did not care about the master HOA litigation and was only concerned about the sub-HOA (no issues there) as the property was a detached condo. 

Final sales price is $491,100, over list price.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
