I will be listing an 1,800sf 4 bedroom/3 bath detached condo in a gate community (Victoria) in Aliso Viejo next week.  I'm planning on having an open house the weekend of August 25th.  My clients purchased the home about 2 years ago and are looking to buy a larger home.  Here's a link to the Redfin listing of when they purchased it which includes pictures:

Since purchasing the home, they spent about $20k in upgrading the home with wood floors downstairs, new paint, new carpet upstairs, and a few other upgrades.  The floor plan is very open with high ceilings as you enter having a very efficient use of space.  The condo has a full driveway with no one behind with a great view from the master bedroom.  The master bedroom is large with a retreat.  I'll post up a floor plan later on this week.  Pricing will be in the low 500s.
 
Just a small typo in the description... last sentence:

"Shows a model and is in immaculate condition!"

Not sure if you wanted to say "Shows *like* a model".

Fixed...good catch.  I was playing around with the decription because I was getting cut off by the character limit.

Since I have read so many Mike Dunn property descriptions over the years I guees his style rubbed off on me a bit.  haha  But the views from that large master bedroom view are great.

Note to self: Hike Aliso Summit trail, and head to the open house. Worth it!
